cant list without having a verified PP
 

been trying to list without a verified paypal.
none of my listings seem to go through.

is there any way to verify my paypal without a bank account?

Ive been reading about VCC but im unsure?

would really appreciate any assistance.

Your PayPal lease needs to be 80% verified which means your email, your phone number and a credit card or VCC needs to be attached to the PayPal

Also make sure you are not using a google voice number initially when setting up the account! Its Great if you can attach a bank account right away to the account, but not a must right away! Or you can add a VBA, But you have to be careful with that!

for the UK, you need to add a bank. You can remove it right after, but no real point….

if you plan on using the account.. add a bank. Its very advisable to own the stealth guide

Bank account is needed in the UK

VCC can be added to make the account a bit stronger along with the bank account but the bank account is very important to a long term strong account

That's 60% which is correct- you can list with those items. You don't get verified until the bank account is connected which takes it to 80% but you can list at 60% with an unverified account unless things have changed in the last few months.
If you don't have a bank account connected you just leave your PP balance to increase. I've previously paid the funds into a friends PP account for a few weeks until I check the ebay account is stable then I add the bank account.

I'm only 80% verified - the last 20 is to connect your mobile phone to the account - which I won't be doing.

But you don't need to have one in order to start selling - although they will ask eventually.

Your right on that, but lately a lot of accounts without a bank account have been getting 0/0 limits. Not all the time, but I have seen it pretty often.

Looks like eBay and PayPal really want that bank account added to the PayPal before users start to sell

Makes you wonder why really. All it means is that your money remains in paypal making them interest even longer.

I'm sure ebay and paypal have a special room in their building where some over paid chair bound pen pusher sits working out what rubbish they can come up with this week to justify their salary

If you attach everything email verified! Phone verified! Phone verify! And VCC verify! without bank account gives it 80% verified!

does the whole 80% thing - email,phone and VCC allow you still to list without the bank account?

so many of my stealth accounts are getting the 0/0 - presumably as the bank is not verified

The 20% / 40% ect means nothing

You can list easily from 40% without any issues

Bank accounts being verified is more important now on PayPal than it has been in years gone by.

Ignore the 40/60/80% thing. It doesn't work like that in the uk.

If you bank verify, you won't get 0/0. However there are other variables at play.

Please tell us your setup procedure?

UK SIM card
Card attached but not confirmed
Account a year old but not been logged into etc

Want to list without needing a verified pp

Can you please elaborate on the other things at play?

James - I have been trying to list today from 40% but it just goes back to the original page where I tried to list and shows0/0 on selling page

I do not want to add a bank as I have about 20 stealths I use.

It can't keep opening 20 banks and bank accounts every so often until my eBay account is sound.

I get my funds out by adding a bank after a month or two

Please help me with my original question - thank you :)

You can list on a unverified account just not one that has 0/0 limits.

The other factors are your ip, browser, vcc, etc pretty mich everything needed to create the account.

I have'nt quite figured out what it is that causes it exactly.

If you insist on listing on unverfied accounts you will just have to keep creating accounts until you hit one with 10/650.

I have tried 20 so far with no luck.

I too cannot figure It out

I am not totally sure what other answer your looking for? If you want to never have this issue again then you need to be adding back accounts. That answer is not going to change

While it is still possible to sell with just a VCC as you can see its getting harder and harder. If you really do not want to add a bank account then your going to need to go through yours account creation method step by step and make small changes each time until you see better results.

I would start by looking at the VCC you are using

Well, right there seems to be ur problem! Entropay is a hit or miss, But lately it has been causing people to get the 0 limits. Go get a Vanilla Visa Card just for an example and you might see things change!

I know it's cheaper to just do a $5.00 Entropay Card but don't take the easy way out, especially since you're making this account to make money as part of your income.

OP is based in the UK.

Vanilla Visa are not part of stealth there.

Guess your second option is you just going to have to go rob someone to get their credit card and Bam are ready to go! Please don't do this!<-----

Then Just go down to the local Supermarket or the store or village or Blackmarket lol and look thru the gift cards might be a better option than entropay if you're following the rest of the stealth methods then I will say this is your problem why the limits that you are receiving.

The last time I needed to sort a bank account was in March.
But I was able to sell without any problems for a few weeks while the bank was not verified

as above, you would need a bank account to redraw the money? just open a savings account the ebay details dont need to match that of the account holder for most banking corps
