how can i create a usa account from uk

also usa pp and eba account requires a usa social security number for verification, so how do i bypass this?

Well first of all to have and operate a US eBay and PayPal account you will need a US IP address.

This is incorrect, there are 2 options to Verify a U.S. PayPal: 1. VCC, 2. VBA. You don't seem knowledge in US PayPal.

Why are you trying to open a US Ebay/Paypal?
