Defect rate 2.2% but cases closed without seller resolution 0.38% am I at Risk?
 

As the title says.. Am i at risk? My overall defect rate is fine at 2.2% but the cases closed without seller resolution section has gone above the 0.30% allowed and currently showing in RED as BELOW STANDARD.

Not sure if this matters or not as my overall defect % is fine. should I expect account restrictions or is it just a matter of I can't get my TRS back whilst it's above the 0.30% allowed but account still fine? Thanks

TRS will be affected if not raised within time frame. Some accounts hold them against you for 12 months, while others 3 months.

if its 2.2% , you ll be fine,just ll loose your top rated label.

Cases closes without seller resolution is the main thing ebay frown upon. Thats why its set so low at 0.30%.

I have never had this happen but i believe your account is at risk.

I would do my best to get it below the 0.30 threshold.

Time for some grovelling to ex buyers who left bad feedback..the painful thing to do especially when you may know they are scammers :(

Cheers for replies do I get a month to get it below before they put any restrictions on my account?
