yes not sure there is anything i can do. i ring ebay once every few month anyway so i might give them a ring to see if there is anything i can do about it maybe even appeal a couple of the cases to get me back below as i have only just gone above the 0.30%

Figure out exactly when your bad ratings will drop off, and how many items you need to sell etc. It can be figured out if you know how. From your opening post it doesnt sound great though.

It also sounds like your account is semi real, which is probably a good thing considering you borrowed a large loan. Im not entirely sure of the legalities but i would never take a loan under any name but your own.

That ABSOLUTELY is not and should not be your biggest concern.

Your biggest concern should be avoiding prison.

if i remember correctly it does give you an option to choose why you want the loan and i chose stock investment then it give me the option to withdraw money or pay for stock through paypal

yeh good advice will defo do that i have a few accounts i can start on its just like starting all over again but i have been here before good thing is i have all stock ready to list

no my main concern right now is getting back selling the stock i have to pay the loan off. sitting there feeling sorry for myself worrying about what will happen to me if i can not pay it will do me no good. im confident i can sell the stock and pay the money back. plus the agreement was that i only pay the loan off when i sell stock. if i only sell one a day then i only pay 15% of that sale back to the loan per day. there is no time period.

What I would do.
1) Open more stealth accounts to get rid of your items.
2) Pay my debt asap because the more you wait the more you will pay. They will find you 100%.
3) Look for other strategies to make money.

If I'm not mistaken then they take a cut from each of your transactions, until you pay off the debt?
If that is correct, just keep hammering on that account and keep making payments, you want to get rid of that debt ASAP without losing that account.
If you lose the account that has debt on it, then you are in the world of ****s, not giggles. That's not an EXPERT opinion, but thats my opinion and my little knowledge of financial matters tell me that you are not 100% in the right nor are you 100% in the wrong, so you might get shafted even more because people don't know what to do with cases like yours.

If I was you, this is that I'd do:

Keep selling on the account, take a loss but keep hammering so you get the above standard again and regain your position in the market. As this is happening, get other stealth accounts going just to shift the stock and have some cash in hand, in case the first account gets suspended- At least then you are quarter of a step ahead of them in terms of the actual debt.

If everything goes well, you might salvageg the debt ridden account PLUS have couple of extra account that you can sell on. If that happens, maybe you can move the stock quicker in the future and have more working capital without taking shady loans from PP.
If everything goes tits up, I'd take what I have and fly to Costa Rica. **** that noise thats about to hit you because you will be in the world of butthurt and this is not going to be nice, nor will you enjoy it.

WTF is wrong with some of you people?
If the OP has debt it is NOBODY's business but his! so what if he loans £10 or £100 000

I mean the police ? really? get real.
He has not said he is running away, skipping the country or not planing to pay it back. It is paypals own fault for approving it regardless of it being stealth or not.
He is obviously doing something right to get approved.

I know it was late to ask, but this poor guy is asking for advice and tips to fix his below standard account so he can save his account AND PAY OFF THE DEBT.

So stop hassling him about his debit.. no one here is qualified enough to do so.

But i guess when one noob decided to jump on the band wagon they all do..

Check on your seller dashboard, it should say. Hopefully you can turn it around.

I agree with others that say open up the second account so even if you loose this account then you are not left with nothing.

I know at the stage you seem to be at that if you loose the account it feels like you are loosing a freind but accounts today offer no loyalty and you need to think what is best for you rather than the ebay account.

But in the future try change the way you monitor problems so that you can react faster and not end up in this position.

The debt part did make me chuckle and thanks for that as some of the responces were funny as ..... from people that have no idea.

I am not getting involved in this fracas but I don't think you quite realise it's not the account seller that is the issue as to why the accounts are going down.

There are patterns emerging and it isn't down to how accounts are created. Let's leave it there and wait to see how this all plays out.

appeal the defects, whichever ones are most unreasonable i bet you can get a couple removed. If not you need around 1000 sales without any more of those defects, put stuff on auctions if you can still profit/break even, i often get a higher price through auctions on low value items like that anyway.

multi list loads aswell, every item 10+ times if its high volume


Or I'd just ditch it and start another account, pay the loan off through that. I'm a month late on a paypal loan and they aren't hassling me yet
