Verify public info about yourself?

Hi, any ideas? When i try to add bank account to Paypal it gives me this message, to confirm that I own account, and only this option availiable... What can I do?

How are you adding the bank?
What type of account is it?
What bank is it from?

Natwest, just clicked add bank account on new account that I bought from Imakemoney... And it wont let me do anything just says to contact them... Its savings account

Before it would just ask vcc details and you would be able to continue...
