using university Addresses to pass the credit checks
 

Can you make a stealth Paypal & Ebay with a university dorm address?

This way you could easily wriggle your way out of the credit checks, Because you'd be too young to have a credit history and i doubt the names are updated on each dorm.

Basically you'd be reducing paypals expectation for you to have a credit history and thus become "too risky" for them which i think is what is causing the account culls of late.
