Paypal transaction completed. Not showing on ebay
 
Recently having issues.

Paypal notifies me of payment received. Checked paypal, yes payment has come through.

BUT ebay has no information for this transaction.

Had a look at the transaction, corresponds to the ebay listing.

Usually both ebay/paypal transactions take place in harmony. But for some reason this isnt the case.

Anyone else with the same issue?

My best guess is that it could be due to the split between PayPal and eBay. This is the first post I have seen about it though. Maybe someone from the UK will chime in.

It seems like there are lots of issues with paypal at the moment. Hopefully they fix it asap.

To add, those few sales still dont show.

Furthermore on ebays side under that listing, item is not even being shown as sold.

Technically I have sold an item through ebay, but ebay has no record of it.

Me too, have this issue, now the real problem is I cannot print the label because ebay still has my listing up, and it shows as error when I try to print. It's been almost a day. What do u guys do?

Im printing through paypal and adjusting stock through ebay. Basically syncing it all manually

I'm just getting the reversal issue. Had a guy buy from me 5 times now and none of his transactions stick, payment is auto reversed. Getting really annoying now. Thought I was having a good day when I saw a bunch of transactions coming through, turns out I sold one item lol

aaah Yes!

I am giving it 48 hours before despatch. Have seen a few times payment get reversed!
