Fast Feedback is needed

I have just got back to ebay and need some feedback but this seems a very slow process that can takes years so how can i get atlest a 100 feedback in a few weeks?

Sell stuff you know will sell quickly.

I have a competitor, whose account must have been nearly banned (under 98% feedback from thousands of transactions) so they started selling all their items at cost price.
