One of my steath accounts have dr beats speaker removed
 

I got a message off eBay saying

my item was not ⊗⊗⊗⊗ and then I did a search on eBay for the same item and there are 103 listings for the same item?
so is there a double standard going on or am i missing something?

First of all cover the name of your account before anyone from ebay sees it.
Second - more info is needed. How old is the account? fully verified? how many listings did you successfully complete already? Is this the first time youre trying to sell this item?
From what I know Dr Dre Beats are some of the highest risk you could possibly attempt to list on ebay and in most cases youll get your account suspended if trying to sell it as one of your first items.

Name is false
Why would it matter age of account if the item was real?
yes first and last time trying to sell why does it matter?
should there not be a blanket ban of all beats speakers?

Is it fair that eBay took your listings down and other sellers are still selling this? No, of course not. But it is the way that eBay works.

You can report the other sellers, but nothing will happen.

Beats by Dre is one of the most counterfeited items on the planet. So, eBay - rightly or wrongly - believes that your items may be counterfeits.

The best thing to do is move on. Create another stealth account for listing these.

Sometime it's worth to report other sellers. But never know if it will work or not. I have seen chinese selleres who copies other listings 1:1

stay in shock and I no how ebay works its double standards and just having a rant to be honest

I am going to keep my beats as I no they are real and sell generic stuff

1 thing I will tell you is complaining about y ur item got taken down n someone elses didn't is useless. its like telling a cop hey y did you give me a ticket for speeding when that guy was speeding too...:nono:

Dre Beats.. or "DEATS" must be in the top five ⊗⊗⊗⊗ items listed! so its irrelevant that yours are real..

Dr Dre brand is very high risk and dangerous for any account to sell

I thought it was just a typo error...didn't know they actually had some named as "deats" .
