I know of someone that was using Payoneer to withdraw from UK Amazon. This was around a year ago though.
Where the potential issue might lie is with the new Amazon verification process. I don't know whether screenshots of a Payoneer account would be accepted as "ownership of the account" in the same way a proper bank account statement would be.
I don't think Amazon frown on Payoneer is the same way Paypal do, presumably because it hasn't been so used and abused on Amazon as it was on Paypal. Why not just contact Amazon and ask them? |
