Do i need to setup express postage and holiday returns to get ebay top rated?

I'd like to set up for express postage. Does the order have to be sent the same (working) day as the customer ordered it, or will you be covered if you post it within 24 hours of the order received?
And what time do you have to post it for it to arrive next day?

I set mine up for 1 working day plus delivery

Technically you dont need to, the postage estimated time takes into account a day processing time, which you put in when doing your listings.

But if you want to , 'we post most items same day before xxx, but please allow one day processing time from purchase of your item for dispatch'

Is express delivery the same as get It fast? I've just changed my postage options and there was a box to click on to give this but i'm not sure what it means.
