Yeah. Im tempted to shut up shop for a week, and then contact them, but loss of earnings then. Tough call. Bloody jobsworth obviously got trigger happy.

Start getting your other accounts ready and get them built up as well. This could be a long term thing if they have started VERO'ing you for those items.

VERO potentially has the ingredients to kill a business completely.

Yes I agree, was my thoughts immediately at that point.

What a nightmare, literally a new kid in a office trying to impress his boss I imagine. I actually work with the manufacturer of the brand on some unrelated ithings, I might talk to them direct and let them know what happened. I spoke briefly about it today to one of the marketing managers and they found it absurd.
