Bought off 24VC...
 

But I believe the IP address is based in Saudi Arabia (or somewhere close) as when I go to google...that language is different.

Will this restrict my EBay and PayPal uses??

Tell em you want a dedicated IP for ebay. $35 setup fee, $25/Monthly or $180/Annually with no setup fee

The confusion here was regarding Google sending him to the wrong landing page, it's a well known issue. Happens every once in a while where Google thinks an ip belongs to a different country etc. For example in some ips in NY google will think your in Canada and load google.ca instead of google.com


It's a known problem and tons of post/complaints about it online, this is not a vpn related issue as it can happen to anyone even when your not using a vpn, more info here:

I have also seen this before. I have worked with hundreds of IP addresses and have only seen it twice, so thankfully it is fairly rare. Google is its own thing. And it does not always get everything right.
