How to aggressively list on a new "Business seller account"
 

Been a business account, I believe the assumption is that its come to do proper selling. So would it be safe to list 200 items on a fresh stealth business account in its first week?

maybe and maybe not.

It is NOT safe to sell 200 items the first week. Ebay may not like it and paypal definitely wont.

200 unique listings or just a quantity of 200?

Huge difference. If just quantity price them NOT to sell.

200 Unique listing.. perhaps @ skyrocketed price so that they dont sell quicker.

200 seems rather high number, I've never really even tried to list so many items. Sounds risky, why would you risk it?
If you need to sell the stock ASAP to open up some funds and you end up selling the items, then you'll raise some flags so why not just go slow and list less/sell fewer items but keep yourself under the radar?

If the aim of the game is to get a limit rise then you can easily spread the listings out over 2-3 weeks and just manipulate qty, if needed- If you have the real stock to back it up, surely you can list actual numbers.
