The small link below it allows you to open PayPal case as it shows on screen. I guess they purposely made it small to keep most disputes running through eBay to reduce their own workload. |

They close cases in the favor of the buyer 99% times, as their own time costs much more than an average case, so cheaper to refund than to spend half of day digging the truth about another 99p China garbage. Let's make it clear. My idea was to test, what will happen if I buy similar things and open similar cases. Some guys here said that it will work, others said that the EB will suspend me for suspicious behavior, despite the fact that the item were phakes. So I did a field test, and created this situation. Apparently, EB refunded me in full. So my theory, that EB makes buyer right regardless any facts, confirmed. That's all, no any intentions of scamming anyone, as items were proven phakes, and the listing said "100% genuine etc." I do not see anything wrong, EB did their job well in this situation. So if a buyer got several identical items, that have issues, they will not think that something is wrong, they will evaluate each case as a separate one, instead of something like "oh, 4 cases in 2 days, lets ban him" |

| This sort of stuff should really be kept personal for couple of different reasons:
1) The size of the sample batch is too few- The results will not reflect ANY statistical advantage, or disadvantage and might actually create a false understanding in other users who lack experience with such cases and practices.
2)You don't know if your behaviour has raised any flags on your account and if the little test that you did affects the account longevity in the long run.
3)General douchebag behaviour out in the open is generally frown upon- The test might be something that you personally needed, but I doubt its something to brag about only because of the two reasons mentioned above. |

unity I don't believe that will work. recently got scamd on eby(planning on make a new thread about it actually) and lost the case so I went to pp to try to open a case and it would not allow me. this is the 1st time out of ALOT of purchases I was forced to open a case and I LOSE IT!!! I MEAN COME ON LOL! |
