Multiple IP addresses. Is it an issue?
 
Surely using a tethering service etc (I.e, having a new IP address every time someone logs on...

What does eBay/PayPal think of this?

It thinks nothing, it's a good solution for multiple accounts. Advisable to keep a log of all IP you connect to

Make sure you keep a log and keep cookies in place.

I did tethering, but the IP repeated once a while. If you have several accounts, youd better to keep logging.

Depends on your network, some have a narrow pool

I use att, which is absolutely bad one, no doubt....
