Sellers Account suspended MC011
 

Hi guys, today i got a MC011 suspension on my eBay sellers account and i have no idea what to do. Has anyone had this issue before and are there anyways to remove it on a stealth account? This is the 2nd message they sent me...

" Thanks for taking the time to send the information we requested in order to review your account. We've checked our records and can see that you've submitted proof of your identity and address.

We still require one more piece of information to verify your account. Please provide proof of ownership of the items you've listed on eBay recently, such as:

-- Receipts
-- Copies of invoices or proof of delivery (pro-forma invoices are not counted as evidence of ownership)
-- Customs documents, if you have purchased your goods abroad
-- Availability of supplier confirmations "


Any ideas on what i should do, if there is anyone that can help me out with the please inbox me :)

You should creative - contact ppl whom you think might have services or advice - be proactive.

I just got my account re-instated few weeks ago after being hit with one of these.

The trigger for it was rapid increase in number of listings over short time.

Just need very good documents to get this limit lifted. So spend some time finding them.

What eBay does like is detailed documents with names, addresses, signatures, real website details on them, etc etc. Do not download templates off the internet.

Hi, can you tell me how long does ebay took to response you, mine is more than 72 hours now, im really worried

they are slow but sending details again after a week normally speeds things up

This is normally triggered by an increase or a just a general high intake of money through your PP account - you need to supply them with what they request otherwise you are stuck.

Also decision will depend heavily on what you are selling. People who have sold high risk items have been blocked even after providing all the info for the completion of the laundry list.
