eBay and PayPal have an agreement in place that ends after five years from the date they became separate companies. During this five years, nothing is really changing, except that now they really ARE two separate companies. But they still share information and eBay has had to give PayPal a guarantee that PayPal will be processing 80%+ of all of the payments, or else eBay has to pay them a fee.
I do not think that eBay would be automatically notified if you add an email account to your PayPal account, but I would think it is easy enough for eBay to get that information if they want it. And I wouldn't add an email attached to another eBay account, ESPECIALLY if it is a suspended eBay account. |
