PayPal Limited and Restored after 1 phone-call. They didn't like the IP.
 

I am normally using HideMyAss for making stealth accounts and it normally worked fairly well for me.

However today my stealth paypal got limited and they asked me to:

• Change Password
• Change Security Questions
• Confirm Bank Account
• Confirm Card

But when I called, the lady on the phone just asked me to change the password and then said that because I used an IP that was linked to fraudulent activity, my account got auto-suspended. She now restored it.

Anyone can suggest where to buy fresh IP's from for UK usage?

If you want to go the vpn route 24vc who you will find in the marketplace on this forum is the best out there, used by many on here and vouched for by all who use it. Promoted now by Aspkin as well the founder of this site.

Yeah HMA is a terrible service to use for stealth, its always only a matter of time before your account gets limited. They give you shared ips and they have millions of users, so the moment one of those users use the same ip as you and commits fraud or gets limited, its going to cause your account problems as well. But good job on getting it reinstated but be more careful, can check out the marketplace here for fresh dedicated ips

HMA use shared IPs so someone else could have used that IP address for fraudulent activity.
