EU limit not affected by refund

so noticed on an account that has limits in place, that I received then refunded someone and it did not eat in to the limit.....? Im sure it used to...

Yeah normally, its a receiving limit, refunds dont normally count..odd things going on.

Did you check 24 hours later?
