Using work computers for stealth

Hello people.

Quick question.
Where I work there are probable 500 computers in my building.

If I where to use a random one to check on a stealth account and then moved to another one to check another account would that be bad?
I have a feeling it might be but im not shore.

How about if I where to use different ones to reply to emails / check emails , would this be a bad idea?

Any advice would be great.

if there all on the same network, technically your public IP would be the same, so you would get linked. so its not a good idea!

Having said that, eBay need to learn people do use internet cafes and share the same IP, so they shouldn't ban just on that alone...

it would be same ip on different computer, and also you unless cookies are getting cleaed, you would have to keep tabs on the computers you use, so as not to mix them. Bring your own wifi device in.

I just skimmed through your question and I can quickly and swiftly say its a BAD idea.

You might be surprised to notice there are other people at your work who do ebay. So what happen if you guys unknowingly are randomly moving from computer to computer.

If you really need to get on ebay during lunch break then just bring a laptop and dongle.
