Just got an email from PayPal for one of my stealth accounts.

Has anyone managed to get such a card on a stealth account?

I would have to imagine it would kill the account. One thing that many people ask me regarding US accounts is how to get the PayPal debit card on their stealth accounts and the short answer is you can't. At least not in the US. The US Government requires anyone with access to anything that touches the banking system (and that includes debit cards) be verified somehow by the bank issuing the cards. Here, that normally means providing a Social Security Number. Providing one actually registered to someone else would be illegal and there is no way to obtain an SSN for a stealth identity. At least, no legal way to do so.

So, we forego the debit cards and just use bank withdrawals. I know that the US and the UK are different, but I have to believe they would ask for some sort of identifying information when you apply for that card. I would stay away from it.

I think same thing happened to UK also. Those ppl who got this are nt really proper stealth, using F&F details.
