Can I change UK account registration/shipping information to Lithuania information? Because my all products was in Lithuania. Shipping to UK and most of all europe by courier takes 1 - 2 days.

How to withdraw payments from stealth paypal account? I have Lithuanian/Polish debit/credit visa cards can I attach them? Would paypal see my real name,surnamae and address?

No you need to buy a new UK IP address, your best bet is 24vc.com - buy the Fresh IP plan. (123 on the forum owns it and can help with questions)

You will need a UK bank account to withdraw funds, you cannot withdraw to a VCC in the UK.

Not sure whatever you can withdraw to credit card (as I am aware only to bank account) but in Lithuania you might do as it's same thing there
