feedback after a unpaid item
 
hi i closed and unpaid item there on a buyer who didn't pay and they left bad feedback despite the fact they didn't pay

i thought this was a glitch at 1st but this is the 2nd time this has happened, i know when i close a case without payment the buyer is usually barred from leaving feedback, but not in recent times

has any1 else had this happen

Never happened to me before but sounds like a glitch.
I would contact Ebay's customer support to have them remove it. Should be easy to do.

Drop ebay a message to have it removed.. unless of course this is an account selling vero stuff that needs to be kept under the radar.. in which case take the hit.

Wired is probably right.. sounds like a competitor... maybe check out what they are selling to find a link!

Use eBay Live Chat.

Feedback will be removed.

Buyer left me a good feedback under a negative. I spoke to eBay who said they could not change this. Seems like every eBay rep says what they like.
