newbie ip address question - links to ipad/iphone app from old account?
 

hi there

I have purchased the stealth ebook and read over and over as well as browsing through these forums which have been a huge help in helping me to begin my stealth journey

I am yet to set up a stealth account, I have a query if anyone could kindly help....

My old suspended selling account is still used by my other half to buy stuff with using an ebay app on her phone and ipad.

regarding change of ip address for me to set up my stealth account, I have a virgin internet package so I have read that I am able to change my ip address.

question is, if I change my ip address but my other half has the ebay app on the phone and ipad, when she connects to the wi fi with the new ip address will this link this old ebay account to my new ip address thus linking my stealth account?

also, in this instance, is the easiest option purchasing a dongle and only using my stealth account whilst connected to my dongle? or can I simply switch off the ipad and iPhone devices whilst connected to this new ip address?

your other half will link your stealth account to your old eBay and your new stealth account will get quickly suspended.

IP is IP, if she logs from one IP - you cannot connect from that IP anymore, switching off iphones won't change ip connection history.

Easiest way is to get donge, or buy VPS or VPN

Ditch the other account completly because at some point it will link to your new one and undo all your hard work.

I was thinking of going down the dongle route, if I follow all instructions with going stealth I should be ok with her still using the old account right? As long as she uses my old account with the Virgin and I keep my stealth account with the dongle (using separate laptops too)

Both accounts will get linked because you're using same Wi-Fi and IP address.

I was thinking about only accessing stealth account whilst using my dongle, so keeping the stealth account away from the wifi and my old account away from the dongle, would that work? So making sure my wi fi internet is switched off whilst accessing my stealth account through my dongle
