NEED YOUR HELP! Alternative ways to franking machine?

Hello everyone.

Was not sure where to post this, I'm looking for other alternative ways to franking machine.

I send either large letters or what ever is next so I think that's small packets?

Weight MAX is around 350g, typically 200g

royal mail business account(ppi) said before I don't understand why people use franking. PPI is the same price and no renting machines,buying ink nonsense, they also come and pick it up for free from your house once you're spending over 15k a year

true.even it ll be more cheaper if your company VAT registered.

Okay thanks, so i basically just apply online?

How does the postage work I mean do i have to buy pre paid stamps/stickers?

Just ring them up, you need to be sending 5k+ per year but don't think they check anyway. And yeah you stick all items in a bag,weigh it and take the average weight, then book it in online. Just needs a sticker on each, I buy the stickers from ebay, just gave the guy my royal mail number think its £5 per 1000 but you could do them yourself
