Default eBay restriction

I got a three day restriction. I can't list new items but my old ones are still up and i am still getting sales. I was selling an item that eBay has banned in the U.K. - or that's what the eBay reviewer claims. Does this restriction lapse naturally i.e. after approx 3 days will I find I can list stuff again?

I had a 24 hour listing suspension for listing with an inappropriate image. The candle was rude, shaped like a dick. The suspension lapsed and I was free to list new items again. So yes, the restriction will lapse naturally.

My restriction is lifted but I have another similar listing which I believe is within the rules but to be sure i would like to contact eBay and ask if it is O.K. Any thoughts on how wise this would be, has anyone out there done similar?

Never had to contact eb about anything like this but when I have called, they are next to useless as you get a call centre outside of the UK and they have no idea of what you are talking about.

As we don't know what your item is, I would suggest doing a search on eb in the customer services section for advice on what is prohibited and what is restricted. Also read their policies on what words cannot be used and what image restrictions they have too.

Not a wise move unless you have VERY strong supporting info....eB can (and has) banned accounts that try to do similar listings right after coming back from Vero suspension

I was not suspended for VERO. They removed a listing but left a similar listing alone. Reading the eBay rules suggests this listing is legit because of a slight difference but I would prefer eBay confirmed this.

Sounds like you are selling Jack3d supplement lol. I had a nightmare with that, even though the recipe has been changed
