Adding a Foreign PayPal and bank account to a UK eBay account
 

Hi,

If I bought an aged, limits removed UK eBay account from here, would adding a Hong Kong Paypal with a Hong Kong bank account attach to it be ok?

Or is it only ok to attach a UK bank account to the Paypal that already came with the account bought?

No it would not be advisable to do so.
The paypal account added should be a perfect match for the ebay account otherwise it could raise red flags - especially considering the vast differences between your UK account and the HK paypal accounts youre thinking of adding to it. Nothing good can come of it.
Attach a UK bank account to the paypal that came with it. Safest way to go.

it works fine in UE, but when you log from different county to paypal the limit it...

Perhaps instead of attaching you can put the Paypal email address for payment in your listings

Make a Hong Kong-based eB account then log into the .co.uk platform to sell on (ebay)

When you check ebay and paypal UK, what country"s bank accounts do they mention?

Yea that would be my best option (accessing the account using team viewer or VPN) but I am having difficulties finding a trust worthy source to purchase a HK eBay with HK Paypal that is ages abit and better selling limits of a brand new account. :(

How does one open a HK BA if in the UK?

Im from HK originally, came to UK about 20+ years ago so I still have enough "details" in HK for me to open an account so to speak. I can also see some eBay accounts for sale but does not look as trust worth as ones from here.....lol

Not sure how if you are not from there but I remember I read somewhere awhile back you can call HSBC HK, tell them u want to open a account yet want to do all paper work in UK branches. Not sure if this still applies.
