Yet Another Scammer

Just had a best offer submitted for £20 more than the buy it now price saying he will pay it and the shipping on top.

Zero feedback, brand new eb account opened today and address registered in Texas, USA!

Declined and on the block list.

How can they even make an offer? I have it set to no international shipping and checked what I have in the buyer requirements and it says block buyer to countries I don't ship to. It is in my excluded postage locations too.

Doubtful, considering the item, a laptop.

Another offer came in 15 minutes after declining the offer, again new account created today, again in USA and again above the buy it now price, £35 more this time.

I have taken 'best offer' from the listing now.

had same buyer on multiple accts offering to pay with MO or cash in the mail... so weird... :suspicious:
