got a new bank account just need a little tip about ebay.
 

Hi guys i have opened a new bank account in my real name and address, i have changed my ip address, i have created a new email address.

now to create an ebay account, do i use my real name and address? also is it the same for paypal?

i dont mind not creating a seller account but i would like to buy things again from ebay,

i was reading about using a different address for ebay account, can i just change the door number like use my neighbours address?
also do i have to change my real name on ebay and use something else?

This is stealth. Stealth requires you to use another name and address - NOT your own. Using your own information will get you linked to your old/real accounts. Using other information is the foundation of stealth.
I suggest you get the stealth guide and learn the basics...

If you have been banned on eBay/PayPal before then your not going to be able to reuse any infomation

i just got my paypal and ebay account suspended.

i managed to buy one item, but after that i got an email 2 days later saying i have been linked to an older account.

i did change my ip address, got a new bank account etc. but i guess my mistake was i used the same name registering on ebay and paypal.

back to square one now.
