PayPal reversal of eBay fees payment
 

Hello All

I hope you can help me
I've been paying ebay fees via PayPal for a couple of years now using PayPal balance no problem. As usual eBay took out their fees on the 31st of October all cleared on my PayPal account. Then last night I got an email from 2 stealth accounts that eBay said fees have been reversed. I logged into eBay and checked and it has been so now I have a few payments due to eBay for theirs fees !
Here is the email I got from them:

According to the decline information from PayPal, this particular merchant agreement (your authorisation for paying your eBay seller fees using PayPal) is no longer valid.

My questions are
Has anybody received the same email ?
Would PayPal give me back my money after reversing the payment it made on eBay a couple of days ago?
Also would it be safe to redo the automatic fees again paid to eBay by PayPal as I'm worried it happens again and eBay suspends me

Does the paypal account have any issues, like limitations or maybe you tried to pay by echeck and the echeck was denied by the bank.

Pay the fees in advance on eb with a gift card.

PP will reinstate the funds that did not go through

No it used paypal balance which how it was for 2 years now.

hey Ive had this issue on one of my stealth accounts as well. Ebay have taken the money out of my paypal account for last months fees, but I got the Paypal payment reversed email on Ebay. I contacted Ebay regarding this and they informed me its a known technical glitch that has happened to several accounts. They then tried to fob me off with the usual 'we'll contact you in 24-72 hours regarding this issue. . Problem is, its thrown me off my usual paypal to pay the fees. Luckily I had a back up stealth paypal...very annoying!

Thanks for letting me know. Did you get your money back ? The one that's been reversed?

I paid the fees by vcc right away for these accounts. Im just scared that paypal wont give me my money back. What happens with the money paid in to ebay by Paypal?

Hi again, you need to contact ebay customer servcies and let them know about it. I did this yesterday and they sent me an email saying their technical team are trying to seolve the issue.
