Had a Copywright taken down this morning for unauthorised photo,

1 never seen them remove for photos (even though I know its possibility)

2. THESE ARE MY PHOTOS TAKEN WITH MY OWN CAMERA!

3. The Take down was by a competitor.

Definitely sounds like a competitor.

Its not worth it, the competitor has

1, taken and used all my photos

2, has been trading since 2002 with over 25,000 feedback

Theres no chance, and not worth risking the Stealth for something that is most likely going to favour to the big seller.

Not worth it then if that's the case.

Take some new photos and get the listing back up. ;)

Set up a few stealths and have some fun with said competitor, lol.

I can't seem to find him on Companies House, or VAT database.....interesting. :)

i had a friend once had the same thing happen so he put the picture up on his laptop, took a pic of his laptop with his iphone and then resubmitted the listing and he was grand hahaha... ebay sure are weird sometimes

You cant prove nothing on eBay.

Its all about who is the bigger fish.

Another classic this week, Buyer bought an item, sends photo in first email of said item asking where a part fits. This was explained. Four days later sent a photo of something completely unrelated saying it had broke. When I wouldnt refund him without returning the item (I offered to pay for the return if it was damaged) he left negative feedback.

Ebay IrishT$%t Rep - We cannot confirm that the item you sent him was the one in your photo, therefore we cannot remove this feedback.

So despite two photos from the buyer, one clearly of the part, one clearly NOT of the part, they cant 'prove' anything.

Power Seller - 1200 positive feedback
Buyer - 3 feedback

Wonder how a judge would side? lol
