Monthly selling allowance Dropped from 60k to 2k for no reason at all.

I've just had a decrease in my monthly selling allowance from 60k a month to 2k a month.

I've got 100% feedback and I'm a power seller.

I've had no email's about this decrease.

And my performance level is above standard.

Can anybody shed some light on this ?

Only ebay will be able to explain why your selling limits have been decreased.

How many low DSRs have you had? This is far more important than feedback %.

Can't see any low DSR's ratings below 84. But looking on my Seller Dashboard 3.59% of my transactions had defects.

Is this low enough to downgrade my monthly limit ?

Check your international defect rates.

Your UK performance seems fine but your global may be over the limit. This could be the cause of your issues.

I've checked that and it's the same. Plus I've only had 1 global sell which was 2 months ago. So can't be that .

Do you sell to your limits and all that? Some users have said that if you have high limits, but don't sell to them then they sometimes decrease the limits a bit.

2) Are you using your limits? They drop if you are not using them.

Yes I use about 11k average each mouth or thou last month was only 2k

Sounds like you might be dealing with the vetting department. If so they will give you a selling allowance of the past month average sales.

If sales dropped significantly, your DRS projections can be bad.

In my experience, the only option is to call and find out why. Accounts that deal with this end up being very strong but require a lot of communication with ebay.
