Paying fees on limited account

I have a limited paypal with like £500 in but owe ebay £60 in fees.
there's no way i'm paying this out of my own money whilst waiting 6 months for my money to be available.

it's ridiculous how the account is limited to a point even paypal can't get their own money from it.

what are my options here? can i call them and tell them to take it from a limited paypal?

Is this account in your real name or is it stealth?

if its your real name i would pay it, you dont want debt letters etc etc annoying you, besides you will get the £60 back in 180 days from the 500 you have limited.

If its stealth and in NO WAY associated with you, your family, your friends, your neighbour, your nans cat etc id tell them to whistle and just ignore it, the ebay account will be banned though.

it is stealth, it's in no way linked to me or anybody I know but they did link the account from an IP address I used previously

they'll just ban you, spam you with messages and sell the debt to a debt collector in about 6 weeks who will spam you also lol

Could they just stop me from withdrawing my money all together or will that never happen?

The other thing to think about is if you have used a real address that you or someone you know occupies, no one wants debt letters coming through their door.

If its not a real name, real address you use etc i personally would ignore it.

The address is ⊗⊗⊗⊗ but it is a real address, my friend actually lives on the same street though.
