eBay Technical Issue 25/11/15
 

Anybody else having issues with phone verification when creating accounts, retrieving messages and other actions on eBay UK since early afternoon (1pm)?

Seems to be a technical issue, or is it me?

Yep also having similar issues.

Can not retrieve messages, go to resolution centre.

My eBay limits aren't showing up, then i refresh the screen they show up i refresh again and they're gone

You guys ever notice when ebay has technical issues the language on the page turns to dutch? Or is that just me.

Had problems all day.

Listing problems had to use advanced tool rather than quick list on different accounts.

Pages taking ages to load up to 3 minutes in some cases

Spurious error messages and time out messages therefore having to login repeatedly to list.

Listed on a new account got 0/0 even with everything done correctly.

Absolute fecking nightmare today has been with hindsight should have sacked it off really

0/0 with tech glitch won't have been the cause. It's how the account is created and in which order steps are done.

Actually, the US site was having issues last night. I created 7 accounts in a row and no limits showed up for any of them. Not low limits or 0/0, but NOTHING, as if the seller account was never created. But I DID get the "Welcome to Selling on eBay" emails. I am going to go back and check those accounts. Hopefully the limits will show up now.

Wierd i was up at 5.30 am so decided to do eBay work from 6 am i was packing parcels and listing stuff until just after lunch. No problems occurred at all! i wonder if it was a localised problem. certain parts of U.K.

On this subject, I now totally avoid ebay on a Friday morning with regards to account creation. They do most of the site upgrades then and it is usually a total PITA if you are trying to set up accounts.
