As far as i understand your address must be registered in the respective country to list on the country ebay platform

to list on .com, you must be registered in usa?

if i want to list on .com i cannot list if i originally registered in the uk?

correct me if i am wrong.

if you want to sell on the other international ebay sites why not just offer international postage, that way your items will appear on ither ebay sites too.

You can list on ebay.com providing that your account has at least 10 positive seller feedbacks and it is older than 90 days since first successful sale.

That's it.

So long as you meet the criteria then you can list on any eBay site

You get better exposure and ranking by listing on the actual site rather than international, just think of chinese sellers,
