Missed telephone call from paypal
 

Yesterday I missed a telephone call from PayPal and when I logged in I got this


1/ PP UK ask for ID, Invoices (the past 5 transactions tracking information suppliers information, past tracking information, invoices ect

2/ At the same time I get a telephone call from ebay usa about the items on my other account ,, things seem to be okay just now with this one ,


Seem a bit mad that this has happened
Does anyone have any hints or tip about 1/ Tracking is going to be okay but but suppliers invoice ect ????
After telephoning paypal they tell me to put all information into a word doc and it would take 72 hours to review

Any help most welcome

You just have to give them what they want really. Make sure everything matches up with the info they have

Suppliers information is going to be hard ,, this is a personal account not business

Was just thinking if things don't work out as the ebay account is good ,, could I just add new paypal and change email add phone number ect and link

While you can do that, it would only last a few months.

What sort of items have you been selling?

The missed call may not have triggered the limitation. Likewise you may still have got limited even if you had spoken with them on the phone.

Personal or business Paypal doesn't make any difference as to how difficult providing invoices is going to be. You either have them or you don't.

What is the reason for the recent increase in payment received .
Give a projection do the volumes you expect to receive each month for the next six months ?
Full discription of items sold or service ?
Specify average dispatch time ?
Provide name and address of main suppliers ?
Post from inventory or drop ship ?
What % are drop shipped ?
How much stock ?
Provide copy's of invoices ?
Suppliers name address and phone number ?
how many staff ?
Sale venues ,, physical. , stores/showroom , website ,,ect ?
Provide tracking numbers /proof of delivery .?

Do you think paypal are trying to move-in on. My business asking bit to much information ,,

If they ask 100 people a dy the same questions they could end up running loads of stealth accounts and put us all out of business,,

Any hints or tip what I should reply ,, temples
