Ebay log in issues

I've been trying to access a stealth account for the past 48 hours & still having no luck. After entering the username & password it goes blank for a few seconds & jumps back to the same log in page.

I've tried using a different browser, clearing all cookies/cache etc & also a new windows user account, still nothing.

Can someone please help?

About a year ago I had and issue like this on eBay. Used a new browser and it worked fine.

Is it the eBay or the PayPal you are having an issue with?

It's ebay I'm having the issues with, Paypal is working fine.

I've tried a few different browsers. Any ideas?

Double check there is no error in the info you are trying to use.

When entering the wrong password it responds in the normal way, it just doesn't work when using the correct one.

I'm not sure if this is linked but the account was suspended a few days ago for overdue fees. I need to gain access to pay it & hopefully restore it.
