iPhone 5 Tether and IP questions

Hi,

When I use a android phone to tether... My pc shares same IP as the phone. That's perfect.

But when tether from iPhone 5 ... iPhone and PC both gets completely different external IP's.

Do you use iPhone to tether and what do you do in this case? Is there any solution?

It seems happens with Three network.
