Just make a separate BUYER only account and don't change it to selling - same rules of stealth do apply though like cc, phone, etc

...actually buyer accouts are proven not to be a problem even with banned infos. As rsot said above, make a brand new one just for for buying but you can use your old banned address and name.

You should not have any issue... I did so and it is working fine.

It is not as easy as it was.

A lot depends on the original ban by ebay.

Thank You GB good to know.

My accout still works and I think that eBay/PayPal life in IT has always be kind of easyer... I guess it will not last for long.
