change of mind postage costs

do any of you deduct your postage costs for refunds on returns for change of mind (not NAD or faulty) and not a returns case eg. they just contact you via messages to send back ?

is it different for personal ie. non-business accs?

what about high postage costs for international?

wondering........

You don't get the final value fees back from ebay if you do that so normally not worth risking negs for

Not worth the few £ I would save really

Just refund the full cost and take it off the tax bill!
