Lift limits with account information

I have a UK paypal account need “Lift limits with account information”

Ask me to upload passport and proof of address. I uploaded them but the status still is “To Do” not change to "In Progress". Is it normal? If it is normal, how many days will get the response of paypal usually. Thanks

Go to the Resolution Centre.

If you can see the two files there under Uploaded Documents, then they have them and all you need to do is be patient and wait.

Review time at the moment is around 10 days but this may change due to festive holidays etc.
