As oppose to mismatch info if you have a business account can you type your business name when you transfers funds from Paypal? That way it seems a lot less suspicious as a lot of people use their personal accounts for business like freelancers.

I am not really sure I understand what your saying here?

Are you asking if you can withdraw and the name be a business name not the name on the PayPal account?

Business bank account works well - just keep in mind more fees from the bank

Let's say I sign up to a new Ebay business account and I call the business "Oneshop" I obviously have to put my details including first and last name. And I then open a Paypal account in same name as Ebay for example "John Smith" then when i go to Paypal to withdraw funds it gives you an option to change name, so as oppose to my name john smith can I put the business name instead "Oneshop" and withdraw to my personal account I have linked Paypal to?

Just out of question why would you want to do this?

Seems like it is just over complicating things and fixing something that doesnt really need fixing?

I have had a business account with Santander for nearly 5yrs and dont pay any fees. That's said, I get fined £30 each time I am overdrawn even by a penny. Not sure its same rule for personal accounts though.

James, the reason why I asked this is because I was thinking if your Ebay stealth has zero resemblance to your real name the bank may decline it. Whereas if it's a business name you could tell them you work as a freelancer or something and thats the trading name you go by

Most banks dont decline deposits

Just need to search the bank you want to use to make sure it has no known issues

Your right. I have never had any problems, however, from post I have read on this forum I am practising caution.
