really good deal, but remember EE can have a very limited IP range in certain areas.

You can increase this though by swapping between the 3G and the 4G modes!

Damn....100GB/month....that would cost us here in the U.S. like $100+/month!

Can these be used in any 3/4g USB dongle device?

Thanks

Really I assumed each sim would give a different IP address, what are the best networks or the best methods please?

Thanks

Really depends on your area.

Weirdly I find Three very good even though they are part of EE

O2 is also very solid in most areas

Is it a big risk using EE?

Yes I was going to take advantage of this £10 / 100GB data xmas SIM from EE but I've left it kinda late now. Plus I read on the EE forum that some people had paid for the £10 top up but not been given the 100GB data...!?!

I use GiffGaff mainly with the £12 for 3GB of data (3G only / limited until March 2016). Although I'm always on the lookout for a better alternative with more data for the same or less money.

I've heard that the so-called 4G service from GiffGaff is so bad in terms of low speed (equivalent to their existing 3G service!) its virtually not worth bothering with and as I've yet to upgrade to a 4G phone I've never tried it yet.

I would like to get one of these fantastic spec and affordable Chinese 4G smartphones (Cubot / Xiaomi / Mpie / Oukitel etc) with Dual SIM capability then move to EE if they ever decide to launch an affordable 4G PAYG service. With GiffGaff withdrawing their 3G Goodybags early in 2016 then I dont want to be paying 4G prices for 3G service, although if their 4G service is really so slow then you'd think it wouldnt be legal for them to charge for such a service that isnt up to scratch...?!

Is it just letting you browse any website or just connecting you to the EE website?

Im on here with it now....

I had the Tmobile sim in my dongle which was unlimited browsing but I couldnt download or watch youtube etc (£30 for 3 months deal)... I took the Tmobile sim out and placed the new EE one in and it worked straight away, i can even watch youtube videos as ive just tried it.

I got this message from then in my settings/messages.

Welcome to EE. Your £10 Data Pack will start when you call, text or browse and we'll take £10 from your credit. It gives you 50 minutes, 50 texts and 1GB for up to 30 days. Want a different pack? Text ALL PACKS to 150 or go to ee.co.uk/start

You have to top-up within 14 days of receiving the sim to get the 100GB of data per month for 2 months for £10 so I wouldn't use it for too long without topping up ebanned.

Sorry thought i had updated this... It seems that you get a little bit of data, i posted on here and watched a youtube video before it took me to the EE website. Ive not topped it up yet, ill not be using the data for a week so I may as well hold out and top it up towards the end of the 14 days.

Still a good deal though, i ordered two to use with a dongle. Hopefully there will be no detection with them both using the same dongle/computer, this would be unlikely.
