Need a UK Paypal for purchases help !!
 
hello i am trying to purchase items from uk websites such as adidas and other shoe websites. but to purchase the item i need a UK billing address or form of payment from the UK. I have a forwarding service that forwards mail from the UK to the US but no billing information. Any help with this situation ??

Surely these items are vastly more expensive to be bought in the UK rather than stateside looking at the strength of the £ vs $
Most UK websites allow a different billing to shipping address so any reputable CC would be authorised No?

no im trying to purchase something off of adidas UK but require a UK form of payment i have a forwarding service to get the item but as far as billing address no billing
