| bigdaz | 12-30-2015 05:51 PM | New account - high selling Noticed a new seller on ebay tonight, 7 day old account, straight in undercutting every single seller, obviously a stealther due to the items being sold are the popular ones.
I dont understand how they can risk brand new account which has sold over 300 items in less than a week, surely this activates every single red flag there is? |
phaz0rz | 12-30-2015 06:01 PM | Re: New account - high selling I've sold a lot on new accounts before. Once you have a good many active selling accounts, you feel more free to experiment with accounts and push the limits. You have to take chances! |
Ebayisbad | 01-03-2016 10:18 PM | Re: New account - high selling My friend it's all about experimenting. When I first started stealth I was extra cautious as I made my own accounts and bought some too. But once you have a lot of Ebay accounts and doing good, naturally your confidence grows and you start experimenting not being too bothered about losing an account here and there. |

The paypal ban hammer is always just one step away |

Burger Box Man | 01-04-2016 11:43 AM | Re: New account - high selling His ebay account may not be banned but his paypal will definately get suspended, and all money made will be stuck in a 21 day hold. |
brandnewboss | 01-04-2016 11:46 AM | Re: New account - high selling I could make a living just off my limited paypals with 180 day funds coming available each month, sounds crazy but heh it's money to.. |
dan_ebay | 01-04-2016 11:58 AM | Re: New account - high selling Because having to list slow is a askpin.com exclusive myth lol. Said this atleast 25 times, thats what payment holds are for, its close to impossible to rip ebay/paypal off on new accounts. If you don't have tracking then you don't get the money for 10-12 days, atleast 30% of buyers would open a case in that time and you'd get banned so ebay/paypal has no reason to care over new accounts selling fast |
yankee | 01-04-2016 12:13 PM | Re: New account - high selling Ebay has no problems with listing fast. You may get a request for invoices.
Paypal is the one who does not always like money rolling in quickly. |

You're better off listing faster on newer accounts, payment holds accompanied by a new seller wanting to get off the ground - nothing wrong with it. As long as you have everything in place you're good to go.
Forcing MC999 or other temporary suspension codes is the way forward |

Forcing MC999 or other temporary suspension codes is the way forward | I know the UK is not the same as USA but on accounts I want to make big and strong, I try to get some sort of limitation within the first few days, especially paypal. Those accounts are incredibly strong as soon as you resolve the issues. |

I often just ditch the 100/3500 types of accounts when they hit the £1800 receiving limit so I get a fair bit of experience on new accounts selling fast.
Out of 150+ accounts getting maxed out in either the 1st or 2nd month I've only lost 2 and tbh I think even those were a glitch. Crossed the 1800 euros point and it wouldn't let me send money, had to phone up and then they asked me for ID. Those are accounts without a bank attached to withdraw either so even riskier.
Lost a few others but normally on the 1st item listed or crossing the 2500 euros by mistake |

DezRfc1 | 02-10-2019 04:08 AM | Re: New account - high selling I prefer to build accounts slowly and selling low value items personally, made the mistake a few years ago of listing a jacket that's worth £300 (not snide) on a brand new account and I still haven't seen the money to this day.. |
