Late delivery rate in February 2016
 

So I'm sure we are all aware of the new top seller standards coming into effects in February.

At the moment it just says "If this percentage is still above 9.00% in February 2016, we may follow up with you about your listings.".

Does anyone know what is actually going to happen if you're above 9%, it seems a little vague to me?

Only eBay will know exactly what will happen if you are still over those %

I think it says follow up about shipping and handling times.. I think when they put the last system in place they put in a grace period, so they will probably do the same when this system takes affect.

And if anyone is over they may message with suggestions on what handling time would be appropriate based on the higher %

That would also be my guess, I'm over the limit currently on one account so working hard to get that under the limit at the moment, Hopefully they don't just instantly ban accounts or anything horrible like that but you just don't know with eBay.

If you have over 9% late deliveries, it currently states there will be no action taken against your account BUT they can dictate how you send your items.

I just shifted my delivery times so they are 1.5x longer now, as Royal Snail is something i can't fight or affect in any way. It is common that package leaves my country in 2-4 days, then another 1 day to reach UK, and then UP TO 2 WEEKS it is somewhere inside UK!
