When a eBay and PayPal is banned the bank account and card become useless and can't be used again?

So if i make a new bank account with a diffrent bank using my real details can I link this new bank to a stealth account ?

Correct. Bank accounts cannot be reused.

Yes you can link a new bank account in your real details to a stealth PayPal

So does that mean I can add my bank account to an existing PayPal account which is attached to a runing eBay account which is not in my name ?

To be totally clear again... If the bank account has not been used you can add it

If the bank account has already been used on PayPal then you cannot use it

Just to add ensure it is one of the banks on the many posts on the forum, avoid lloyds basically

avoid lloyds , tesco saver , halifax and sainsburys but CO-OP is good to go

Avoid this members advice, Halifax is fine.

He just blames the bank because he stole a childs identity and used their Halifax account for paypal, and blames it on Halifax because they pulled the plug due to payments only allowed for over 18's going into a minors account.

Its only really LLoyds that have had mass issues with lots of people reporting them

Halifax has only a half a handful of issues reported and they have worked for me for years without issue

Ok you if you get a new bank account and use On stealth account 1. Can you use the same bank account on stealth account 2?
