VPN Connectivity Issue
 

Apologies if I've posted this in the wrong forum.

I'm having issues connecting to my 24vc VPN - When i try and connect I just get a '24vc has stopped working' message in windows 7. I've tried repairing and rinstalling it but no luck. All the details are valid as well (the vpn is active).

I've filed a ticket but thought i'd just ask here as I know alot of you use them as well.

Send the user 123 a message.

He can get onto Support quicker for you.

Some other UK members reported issues last week and it ended up being a bad server. Sometimes these issues take a little while to resolve based on trouble shooting and then repair.

Hi, sounds like your computer is having trouble running the custom software. Would recommend simply using Softether instead:

Everything is now resolved. I got a same-day response from the support team that suggested several other ways of connecting and incidentally, the original 24vc software is now working.

In summary - great support network when you need it and a prompt, helpful response...even on a Sunday.

They have super customer support, no surprise to read they have got it sorted out for you promptly.
