view limits? paypal reset date
 

yearly limits, I want reset date.

disappeared?

cannot find view limits.

even on classic view or on any tab.

talking about pp accs that have not got limits lifted yet.

you can calculate how much you have received per year by looking at payment history - however you cannot see the date of your reset.

Have you submitted the documents which are pending review as when you do this PP remove the option view account limits

You cannot take more than €2500 in any one year period.

If you took £10 366 days ago, then it no longer counts towards the limit.

Bare in mind if you go over the £1650 threshold though there is an automatic trigger for docs.

You should be able to see the remaining limit bottom left, unless you have taken steps to remove the EU limit already

yes but do you remember there used to be dates on 'view limits'.

just 12 months recent history does not tell me when the date reset eg. maybe tomorrow is my reset date, so I need to wait to get fresh allowance.... Its missing ugghh...

wonder if it has changed to 1st of the year reset, instead of account creation date reset anniversary?

Hopefully it doesn't come down to it but the release date to get your money out after 6 months on a limited account is the date of the last payment you received..

That's strange, I wonder why they would hide that information.

It used to be clearly visible exactly what day you received your first payment and when your reset date would be.

Its the first payment

Stay under £1650 in any 1 year period and you would never need to remove the EU receiving limit

Im sure it is the account creation date as those limits and dates appear on your account before you recieve your first payment.

I can see my dates when I click into "view limits" and im painfully close to that 1650 :(

Limits show from day 1 as they are there.

The only start to decrease though when you get payments into the account :)

EU law is that further checks must be done when a customer gets €2500 in any one year period into their account

PayPal go a little further and if you get £1650 or more into your account in a 1 year period they will automatically ask for docs, which you then have 180 days to send

If you get £1000 on day 1, £100 on day 30 and £300 on day 200 over the course of 356 days you will be £1400 towards these limits

366 days after day one you will be £400 towards the limit as the £1000 on day 1 no longer counts towards the EU limit. The £100 and the £300 still would though until they were recived 365+ ago

I do not mean when the limits start lowering - I guess that is when the first payment is.

I thought it could possibly be the account creation date, as bunneh said the limits are there from the start and they switch on a particular date and do not move. You see the limits dates (or I used to) when you create account.

why I cannot see the dates on certain accounts, I cant explain that.....I have lot of weirdly made accounts, older ones.

Ah...... Come to think of it, I have some early paypals that are without info.

Creation date - when you go to lift the EU receiving limits and you tick the box, it tells you the date it will reset, that date never changes.

well I do not want to tick lift limits, so I will just look at email and find creation date...
